Correction! If I’m not mistaken, on the sixth slide entitled “Comparing the Expenses”, the first bullet point should read that an individual tax credit would cost taxpayers of North Carolina $2500 per student as the graph above it shows. When reading the second bullet point, it’s referring to an annual cost while the first bullet point seems to be referring to the semester cost.
